Gwen Dixon Gonzalez, PresidentGwen Dixon- With more than 17 years refining her work as a trainer, instructional designer, and leader; the onboarding of OPS is a logical next step in maximizing her experience and commitment to Performance Improvement.  Through work with various organizations, Gwen has successfully support 1000′s of participants in 100′s of trainings, systems development projects, and effectual leadership initiatives.  Gwen has extensive experience in supporting teams as they translate training and learning content into long-term change for improved workplace performance.  Through focus and research, Gwen is currently developing tools to support and sustain high performing systems.  Academic credentials include a Master of Science degree, Professional Clear Administrative Credential, and current study toward the completion of a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement.
